Joplin, MO — February 11, 2018 — Employer Advantage, known for more than 25 years as the trusted Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announces that Lee Allphin, the company’s founder and chairman of the board, has been awarded the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) top honor, the Michaeline A. Doyle Award for leadership and outstanding contributions to the PEO industry.
Allphin was selected for providing exemplary leadership and service, and was presented the award by Bob Cerone, NAPEO’s Midwest Leadership Council chair, who noted Allphin’s solid ethics, good character, and role in serving as an inspiration to others. Upon receiving the award, Allphin stated, “I have been blessed by the work of NAPEO and its wonderful leadership.”
Allphin has served on several committees over the years for NAPEO: Heartlands Leadership Council
Chair, Leadership Council Committee Member, and NAPEO Board of Directors. Most recently, he played a key role in getting PEO legislation enacted in Missouri—the culmination of a decade-long effort.
