Before starting Employer Advantage, our company’s founder Lee Allphin ran his own business making industrial chemicals. Lee was a brilliant chemist and talented business leader but he always felt like he was spending too much time on HR issues, even once he hired an HR director to help him out.
After seven years successfully running his company, he decided to sell it. He was tired of trying to run his business and handle the HR burden. As he pondered how small- and medium-sized companies handle their HR, he kept thinking, “There has to be a better way!”
And, thus, Employer Advantage was born. Taking care of businesses is in our DNA. Everything we do is designed to make it easier, simpler, and, well, more…blissful for business leaders to offload the burden of HR.
