EMPLOYER ADVANTAGE ANNOUNCES BUILDING ACQUISITION AND RENOVATION PLANS FOR NEW JOPLIN HEADQUARTERS
Former bowling alley off Rangeline Rd. considered perfect fit to accommodate company’s continued growth
Joplin, MO — June 4, 2019 — Employer Advantage, known for more than 25 years as the trusted Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced today the purchase of the former bowling alley off North Rangline Rd. for its new headquarters, with plans for renovation over the next year and a fall 2020 move-in.
The 30,000-square-foot building on 6 acres at 3131 Ten Pin Ln in Joplin has nearly double the space of the company’s current headquarters in the Gryphon Building on Main Street in downtown Joplin.
“We continue to grow and need the space to accommodate our plans for expansion,” said Jared Young, Employer Advantage President. “The Gryphon Building has been a great home for us over the past eight years, but it’s exciting for us to be able to completely design our own space while continuing to invest in the growth and development of Joplin.”
The company is planning a total overhaul of the building to support its needs and design tastes, with hopes of also being able to preserve a few signs of the building’s original purpose. “We’ll find a way to have some fun with the bowling theme,” Young said.
